Q: How long will it take to receive my order after I've placed it?

A: After placing your order, it will be processed and shipped in 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped from the warehouse in CA, which generally takes:

  • 3-5 days (West Coast)
  • 5-7 days (Midwest)
  • 7-10 days (East Coast)

Q: Can I track my order?

A: Yes. Tracking information will be automatically emailed to you after your order has shipped. Please do not email us asking for your tracking information.


Q: Where do you ship?

A: We ship to the United States only.

Orders to the 48 States

UPS Ground shipping

  • $8.00 (Orders under $50)
  • 15% of Total (Orders over $50)
If a "P.O. Box" is used for the Shipping address, USPS will be used as the carrier since UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

DHL RUSH 2-day

  • $20.00 (Orders less than $50)
  • 50% of total (Orders greater than $50)
Alaska & Hawaii
(Orders are shipped via Air Mail)
  • $15.00 (Orders under $50)
  • 35% of total (Orders greater than $50)
SALES TAX
Orders shipped to Missouri will be charged 7.725% tax.


RETURN FAQ

Q: I received my order but one of the items was damaged. How do I get it replaced?

A: Email support@halfpricedecor.com within 10 days of receiving your order with your order number, item number of damaged merchandise, and a digital picture showing the damage if possible.


Q: I would like to return an undamaged item for a refund. How do I receive my refund?

A: Email support@halfpricedecor.com within 10 days of receiving your order with your order number and item number of the merchandise you want to return. We will respond back with your authorized return instructions.

*All undamaged returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. We do not reimburse any shipping charges.
